Anybody know the part# for this air filter?

This is the old motoblue CAI setup with the MAC filter. I'm having trouble locating a part# for the filter... I've cleaned it several times with a recharge kit over the last couple years but it's got a couple tears in it now so i'm just gonna replace it.

Any ideas on the part#? Or perhaps if a new dry-flow style will fit this instead?

If you measure the following I might be able to come up with something for you.

-ID
-Minor OD
-Major OD
-Overall Length
-Filter Length

I might even be able to get ahold of MAC for just a replacement filter.

I think I'm gonna try one of those dry-flow types. Do you have anything like that?
