Any tips on cleaning inside of tail lights

As you can see the drivers side tail light is full of black stuff and looks significantly darker than the passenger side. Does anyone have any info on cleaning this or maybe baking then open to get inside because it appears the reflector peeled off as well. Got them for a good deal so I’d like to try and clean them up and make them look nice before I put them on

Pipe cleaners with cotton rag peices tied on, and long q tips should reach into the light. It will take a bit of time, but it will work.
