Installed the MGW Compact Race Spec this weekend and completely forgot I had the lower whiteline bushing laying around. Is there any point to install it with the race spec?

I mean if you don't mind reinstalling everything, then I would. I was told Yes, it will be a smoother,, and firmer stops, much less prone to damage. hope this helped.

It's not reinstalling everything. I am talking about the lower whiteline bushing. All you have to do is remove cross member. Quick job. Just don't know if there is any point now that the shifter is solidly mounted to the trans.

Gotcha I was told by a buddy that it would be better. Not too familiar with the trans, but some. He said you would notice a difference in the shifts. Not sure just what I was told. Just wanted to help bro. Good luck bro.

No, there is no point installing the whiteline bushing if you have a race spec MGW. You will just add extra NVH.
