Here’s some data I took yesterday. It’s in Excel. The graph that will show when you open the file is a snapshot of WOT in first, second and third gears. First and second go to 6500 rpm. Third stops short of that. (I was going a little faster than the flow of traffic by then)
At WOT it gets up to around 23 deg BTDC
If you change the scale of the x axis of the graph to automatic to see the entire run you’ll also see some data taken at 25 to 30% TPS. The maximum advance seen of about 48 deg BTDC occurred toward the end of the data when cruising at highway speed in top gear and about 25% TPS and about 2000 rpm.
The time base is approximate. I don’t know the exact sampling rate, so I estimated one and applied it.
