Any current or former NROTC or USNA mids? I'm a 3/C Mid currently; don't really consider myself military yet. I did notice some officers on the roll call page... :beer:

Congrats man, just stick it out and remember being a ring knocker won't mean crap out in the FMF or fleet. Don't stand around like a dumbass but also take cues from you senior enlisted.

Yup. Felt bad that I was ROTC and not a "thorough bred" Academy guy but my adviser wisely told me that what makes a good officer is their actions in the fleet and not their accession pathway. And I definitely give my utmost respect to the senior enlisted. They're the only reason JOs can even survive and rank up. It's a shame many mids don't understand respect is earned and doesn't come with the rank.
