Any interest in my 2012 SVTPP with mods? (washington d.c. area)

Might sell my '12 for a '13 if there is any interest in it.

-Kona blue, stripe delete, SVTPP, electronics package
-5000 miles
-mods in the signature- although I'll pull the subwoofer out and maybe the heat exchanger depending on sale price (it'll cost me another $800 to put on in a '13).
-The rear wheels are getting widened to 11" by eric vaughn and will have new 305 nitto 555r drag radials mounted- or I can keep those wheels and sell it with the all season tire package- either way.

I'm thinking around $45k. Thoughts?

Ah well, looks like I'll keep it. It'll cost me $59k plus taxes/tag/registration to get into a '13, plus I still owe $47 on the '12. Can't afford the upgrade.
