Any Hangout Spots in Baltimore or Surrounding Area's?

Me and few friends hang out in Newark, DE every weekend. But it would be nice to go somewhere else for a change. So I was curious if anyone knows of any spots in the Baltimore and surrounding areas that have a "car scene". Baltimore is no more than hour from where we hang out so it isn't that far at all.

I know there are alot of Cobra's in the area. Just curious if you guys actually get together and hang out though.
