Any fixes for hood flopping around?

I searched the how to section and only found the hood latch fix. I remember seeing somewhere that this is a pretty common problem: At highway speeds the passenger side of my hood flops around. What if any is the fix for this? I tried adjusting the hood stops with no luck.

Subbing.

check the bump stops.
Check the hinge nuts.
check the alignment of your hood latch.
check the pin that holds the latch . one person said they had play in it before it broke & let loose.

some peeps have stated that their hood doesn't seem bonded together. hadn't seen a fix for this...would assume some expanding spray foam, maybe.
