Any Additional Dealer Incentives on 2012s?

Im possibly looking at trading my 2011 M6 Brembo car for an auto. I'm lookong at making big power and in the past I've always been more comfortable doing that with an auto. Plus the 6R80 seems up to the task.

The incentives in my area right now are $3,250 plus $500 in college cash (just got my Masters). Most leftovers tend to be loaded up models with high MSRP. Ideally I'd like to find a silver or gray GT premium with the only option being an auto to spend less than $30k. I know Ford offered additional dealer cash in the 2012 GT500s to help move them and was wondering if there was a similar program on the GTs?

So was that invoice plus incentives?

sticker was 35.5 or somewhere in that neighborhood. got it for 28k something plus ttl. it was the last 2012 on the lot.
