Answering '94 intake plenum for SVT X2

I'm answering this in this post because the server is having a problem accessing the previous post or something???

The plenum doesn't have an order just a three step tightening sequence. First is 96 in-lbs, second is 15 ft lbs, third is 24 ft lbs. Tightening them each time in the same order that you picked to start with. This is from the official Haynes Manuel for 94-98 Mustangs.
