another tire issue

i still have the stock 17x8 rims on my mustang gt but i'm looking at hypercoated bullits for my next set. i'm putting 315s on a 10.5 in the back and american muscle only sells the fronts in 17x9 which wouldn't be a problem but i have fairly new tires on the stock rims and would like to use them. will a 245 fit comfortably on a 17x9? i know they recommend 275s for them.

I run 265's on my 18x9 saleens.. 245 should fit, will be a bit stretched.

As stated above, it will fit but probably be stretched.

I have 275's on my 17x9 cobra rims and they rub at full lock, just so you know.
