I had my leftovers installed in my base GT earlier in the week. The Pioneer 8400 is installed with the Metra kit with the steering wheel controls maintained. I kept the speakers simple with Alpine Type R 6x8s front and back driven by a jl hd600/4. The sub is a jl 12w6v2 in a sealed box driven by an hd750/1. I went ahead and had the trunk and rear deck dynamatted as well(that made a big difference).
I'm very happy with the Metra kit, it's clean, matches well, and looks oem to me. I'll throw some pics up later, can't upload from tapatalk.
