Another dyno thread

So I got my car dyno tuned last week and the numbers were average. I pulled 284hp/291tq. Given my mods, I would say those numbers are ok. The only problem I had was with my A/F ratio. After 4500 rpms my a/f was in the 10s. and 11s which is way off. Im wondering what could cause my car to run so rich in fuel and could any additional power be discovered by fixing it.

Hrmm... Ya something isn't right.

You should be a little over 300 with those mods. Check into that a/f ratio.

Maybe I should replace my bbk with a jlt and eliminate my cats. That could possibly put me near 300.

Dude, I had the same numbers with a JLT CAI and weld in Magnapacks..

you shouldn't look to "fix" the problem with more mods. Check into that AF. Could be an 02 sensor or MAF.


You should be in the high 290's from everything I've seen.
