I've seen them for as low as 260.00 on ebay ViciousJay, but I'm in Canada so they also want one of my arms and one of my legs by the time you pay shipping, duty and customs fees.
I just ordered it through one of the Ford dealerships in the area.

As for paint, I have no idea. These parts have a slight texture to them so I don't imagine it would be cheap plus typically the paint will eventually chip.
When I use to own the Lightning, I smoothed and painted my rad cover and I spent a heck of a lot of time doing it, but it was stored inside during the winter so it held up well. The GT is a dd and I would suspect that it would get chipped up pretty quickly.

Looks good but IMO I wouldn't paint it.

I think he means how much to have the bumper painted. I think it just became obvious to me and soon to be him that the CS is just the textured black part and not a whole new bumper.
