I don't think that is a spider bite but a deep infection may have caused that? Obviously had some surgical intervention.

Looking back at it. it seems that the bite was in the middle somewhere and they had to cut him up in some spots to clear the infected areas out? idk it sounds good to me and makes me feel like i have 1/2 a brain..
