Installing a new short throw and I would like to change Trany oil when i have it apart 03 cobra 12 k changing motor oil too 10w 30 ? , motor modified. Oil filter number for amsoil . Thx

IIRC, those cars originally called for 5W-30 but the spec was later updated to 5W-20. Amsoil filter is an EAO11.

Amsoil Synthetic ATF - buy a 1 gallon jug. You will have a small amount left.
Beast, I didn't see the Trany fluid sold in gal. Jugs on amsoils web site, quarts and 5 gal . 10w 30 for motor ?? I also have a 91 gt with 15k on it, all stock thinking of running synthetic yes no ?.
It sure is. The link I posted above takes you to the item already selected in "Gallon" quantity. Both ATF and Signature 10W-30 is available in quart and gallon quantities.
Synthetic is fine to use in any application.
