I dont think so, most guys who are running amsoil are running 10w40...thats what im swapping in this week
AMSOIL Dominator 15W-50
I'm going to run the Dominator 15w-50 and the FRPP filter in both the wife's and my Shelby's in October at Roebling Road Raceway. I dont plan on having an analysis done, but I have high hopes. I spoke with an AMSOIL rep last week in regard to potential street use, and they advised me that it would not be suited for street due to differences in corrosion inhibitors, etc. After speaking with the tech, I resolved to just change back to the 10w-40 and EAO11 filter before I put them back on the street. I've previously used AMSOIL 10w-40 on the track and the street with no issues whatsoever.
