alternator pulley?

what size alt. pulley should i use with a stock lower and a 2.8 upper. the reason for the change is my current pulley is stripped out and flopping everywhere.

Underdrive it slightly with a 3.2"

I just spoke with someone a few days ago at Lethal, and they said the 3.20" also.
