Just wondering what everyone did to make it fit?? I pulled mine of of the 02 gt I traded in. Got my cobra went to put it on and it hits the crossmember. so what did you do to make it fit. I was thinking of just trimming alittle bit of the trans crossmember, but wasnt ready to any drastic cutting on the car just yet... Im just settling for an off road H right now, which doesnt sound bad with stock mufflers. So please help me.

Did you but one for specficly for a cobra? Mine orignally came off of a 01 cobra before i bought it and now it hits the tranny crosssmember.

Maybe there were some adjustments made on the previous install.

mine actually came off an automatic 03 GT, then my buddy with an 01 cobra used it for about 1 month, and now I have it.

On all three cars it went on fine.
