Most of you might not know this but your cobra can not mate to any other 99-02 hoods without their being some space between the fascia and hood.

Your stock hood does not frown down like the previous cobra hoods- and all other new edge mustang hoods for that matter.
THis was to allow for a larger grille opening as well make the styling match the straighter looking bumper.

If your not sure look at this link

Look at the pic with the 03 cobra hood closed on the saleen bumper. See the 2 inch space between the front bumper and hood.

I see that some of you are thinking of replacing your hood for an aftermarket. I don't think you'll be happy with that huge gap.

I know all of this cause i'm in the midst of replacing my 99 cobra bumper with the 03. I'm then mating it with the 2000 cobra R hood. I'm planning on a custom front bumper body kit with it.
I'll post pics if any of you care.

Anyway, just didn' want any of you to waste your money without knowing.

Try this link

or this one

The first set was taken by the dealer, the second set I took at the Saleen factory during the annual show.

snakeeyes99.......is correct there is a little more of a gap between the fascia and the hood, but it's not that bad. Just a FYI, originally the CF hood was supposed to come with the car, but none of the Saleen hoods would fit over the 03 blower, that's why the car still has it.

Coleman.......Those seats are Cobra sidewinders, that are re-upholstered with black Connally leather and Grey Alcantara, topped off with the Billett Aluminum controls.

Coleman,
Are the seats custom or can they be bought like that?
Any photos of the whole car?
What's up with the dashboard cover?

Thanks

I think you're asking the wrong person............

figure about $2000 for the seats, brackets and billett controls, and another $1500 to have them re-upholstered,
