Alignment specs?

Do any of you guys run alignments set to something other than factory specs? Ive heard of some foxbody owners running slightly modified alignments to help with their suspension setup. Does it really make a difference that is noticeable? Post up what kind of specs you run? What is your suspension setup, and your cars main purpose?

97 Cobra
Daily driver
Factory alignment specs
Eibach Pro springs no isolators
I need CC plates bad tho. :bash: Hopefully I get a set for Christmas.

It really depends on what you do with the car.

For example,
Aggressive specs for open tracking will wear the shit out of tires on the street.
