I have an 03 Cobra with 25mm Hubcentric spacers with stock wheels. I'm going to be bringing it in for a 4 wheel alignment next week. My question is, will the spacers effect the alignment? Any info appreciated.

It probably change the camber a bit, but if they are already installed and you do the alignment, I don't see any problem.
It seems like spacers would increase the moment arm loading on the spring, which would lower the car a little bit. If it lowers the car, that would change at least the toe. I'd measure height to fender lip before and after to check.
