Airaid and Bama Tune

I just installed my Airaid CAI and it has a modular venturi tube. For the guys that have this combo, did you put this in or should I leave it out when using a Bama performance 93 octane tune?

Currently I left it in, I got a email in to Bama but I thought I would post here too.

Take out the tube with a tune.

Let me rephrase. If you already had a Bama tune have Bama give you a tune for that CAI and then take it out.
