Aftermarket Headunit Installation Options

Is there any other options for single din besides the kits with the ugly pocket either above or below the headunit? I had the humount led kit in my Lightning it it was great. I dont know if there is something similar for the Cobras/Mustangs. Or even just something without the pocket.

I'm running a Pioneer D3 unit and I LOVE it. It's a double din though.
