Details on the car are 11 5.0 with Paxton. Kooks longtubes and catted H. Id1000's and boost a pump. 14 gauge cluster installed as well which is where I am getting the AFR reading

Recently finished up installing OPG new transmission and clutch. Dropped the motor and transmission out the bottom to make the job a little easier. Got everything back together and the car is running super rich. Got codes p2196 and p2198. AFR gauge in the cluster is showing it pegged at 10.0. Rechecked the connections and grounds and everything looks good.

Car ran good with these mods previously so I obviously missed something somewhere. Any ideas?

Did you do a crank relearn after the clutch? If everything looks ok I would disconnect the battery and touch the negative cable to the positive to clear the kam. Try and reflash the tune. You can see if the o2s respond to a lean condition by creating a vacuum leak. Check your maf also.
