I'm selling the Shelby...now should I part it out or sell it complete?

I'd want 43k complete in the KOTS winning form with a brand new motor.

If I part it out does anybody need anything from the car?

I'll list all the mods below.

The only thing I can't part out is the motor.

Hellion Compound Kit 64mm Billet Wheel Turbos Complete
Freshly rebuilt Spec P trim clutch
QA1 front strust
QA1 Double adjustable rears
Racecraft 9in
Nodular center section
35 Spline Axles
Spool
3.70 gears
All UPR Race Suspension and panhard bar
Racecraft Adjustable Upper bracket
BMR Anti-Roll Bar
4 Rear Bogarts...1 set slicks and 1 set for DRs
Bogart Front
2 set of rear 35 spline axles 1 set 5/8 studs and 1 set 1/2 studs
Also included is a Racecfraft K-Member not in the car

Electronics
Turbo Smart Controller (will include with turbo kit
WOT BOX
Full return style fuel system
Magna Flow 750 pump comes on at 4lbs of boost

I think you will make more of your money back if you part everything out.

+1 it will be more of a pain parting out but will bring you more money, heck from what I've seen modded cars go for you might get 10-15% back for the mods. Parting out should at least get you in the 50% range.

I was just thinking 43k was a deal for the fastest 6 speed car out there and the motor is fresh.

I know I've spent 120k plus on the car including the price of the car when I bought it I paid 46k

Nobody's made more power or been faster with a six-speed..

I can use the injectors and boost controller on my race car.

Bull what you might do is try to sell as is and set a target date to start pulling parts, if it doesn't sell at your target price. I had done that a number of years ago on another project and the weekend I was going to pull the motor, a sale came through.

It apart now waiting on the motor to be finished so I figured it was a perfect time to part it out??

Part it out so I can say I have the fastest 6 speed Shelby!

All kidding aside, you'll do better $$ wise parting it out if you still have the stock parts to put one. However the time and effort to advertise, pack, ship and maintain the sale items may not make it "worth" it.

So the motor is out of the car and a lot of the stuff will be easy to get to? I hate the idea of even parting a car out but yours might be to easy to do exactly this.

I say advertise as is. To much work like svt said. Shopping, people worrying you for numbers, back and forth to post office. Slap 50k on it and it will sell itself on reputation. Heck there was a stick one up here advertised for 54k and it was an 07
