Ads with sound

Noticed a few of the ad's scrolling along the right window pane now feature sound turned ON by default. I can scroll to the ad and mute the sound, but is there an option to default ALL of the ad's to sound = OFF?

I messaged about a bunch of Best Buy ads I was repeatedly getting and never heard a peep back.
It's kinda nuts really. A bunch of us pay a premium membership for this place and we get hit with pop ups, ads etc.
Rather frustrating indeed.
