Ok guys here's the deal, I bought this off of someone who claimed it was for an 03/04 but upon installing it and it not working I removed it and realized it doesn't have the vent for the idle air control valve. I did some research and it seems this belongs to an 96-98 cobra or 2001 bullit. So I figured I'll post it up here where this TB will work for someone. $300 shipped takes it.
