Talking with a guy who has a ported blower setup on his 2v but he has the 3 bolts across the blade for his car. Will this tb work on our cars? Don't want to buy the setup n have to get another tb.

Are you talking about the bolts that hold the blade to the throttle shaft? Those don't have anything to do with it. If he's running a Tork Tech kit it should all be the same.
