The officer didn't cite him while I was there, though he said he was going to issue him a few! The kid was such a tool, he told the officer he left cause he saw I had no damage!

Well, I got the body shop estimate. Not bad, around $700. BUt................

It seems the moron has no insurance, so it will cost me my deductible ($500), and there is no guarantee that I will ever get it back.
