ABS light on

My ABS light is on.

Changed all the sensors. Nothing changes.
The strange part is that if i start the truck with my foot on the breakpedal, it turns off as it should. Just to come on as soon as i take my foot off it.

No codes.

Could it be the PCM ?

Most likely the rear speed sensor on top of the rear differential. It happened to mine and several others. Be sure to get a Ford Motorcraft sensor or a look alike some of the cheap replacements need to be cut down or trimmed to fit. Link to Rock Auto ABS rear brake sensors. Looks like the Airtex Wells version is the better one on the page.
