ABS help

So the abs light has been on in my car solid all the time for over 2 years now. When I plug a scan tool into the obd port is says no communication with the abs system, but i can still read engine/trans info and DTC's. The light is always on, and the traction control is always off, and I cant cycle the traction control on/off anymore.

Any ideas/suggestions for this issue?
