I have a 98 Cobra project that is getting a full terminator swap, Including the full hydro boost assembly with the master cylinder, down to the proportioning valve.
Id like to get rid of the ABS on it, and I just parted out a wrecked Non ABS 98 GT. So I pulled the brake lines and proportioning valve. Is this as straight forward as it appears, just swap the lines in the engine bay?
The non abs car has the front left brake line coming out of the top of the prop valve, where as the abs car has it feeding back from the ABS unit. The 03 prop valve has the opening on top just like the 98s but its capped off. I should just be able to pull that piece from the 98 valve and use it on the 03?
Is this as simple as I think or am I missing something?
Thanks guys
