? about different IRS

Hey guys
Just picked up an IRS for a project notchback. So the center section is out of an 04 but the hubs are 99
Is it possible to swap out the splined ends in the hubs to match the 31's in the center section to stick with 04 halfshafts?
Or am i SOL and need to find 04 knuckles

If you're referring to the inner CV joint you'll have to find an entire half shaft. No one sells just the inner joint.

The outer hubs are the same between 99-04.

Well then, i guess i should be all set. I figured both ends were splined the same on the halfshaft. Now to go on the hunt for half shafts.

If your 99 halfshafts are ok you could sell them for some $...that 28 spline inner and 28 spline outer is only on the 99..at least that I know of....so we 99 folks are super screwed...not even sure if mkVIII or 97 thunderbird half shafts work for us...anyway...
