? about cam shafts with stock heads

I am just going to come out and ask. I have a 2004 GT that I drive about once a month. I would like to have a nice big cam with out having to dish out anymore money for heads or head work. I love the sound that cam makes and would just like to know what ya'll think. Thanks for your time.

Just about any cam will give you a good sound. With stock heads I wouldn't go past a set of stage 2s. Will that give you the sound you want? I don't know honestly.

Comp 270 cams are the biggest you can go with a stock motor. They must be degreed correctly or they will touch the pistons. They make power and sound awesome. Lots of options out there, but I love comp cams.
