I was NOT expecting that outcome, there were traction issues on both sides. Mods:

Built Short Block, Stock Heads, Whipple 2.3@17psi,-- 470rwhp/568rwtq

VS

99 Camaro z28 ls1
Long-tubes, o/r y, cutout, lid, power programmer, built auto with 3500 stall converter.
Never dyno'd

I was also expecting a different outcome. Maybe the Lightning was a bit down on power?

A strong Stalled Bolt-On LS1 is capable of very high 11's and low 12's in the quarter mile.

Still a good run for the Camaro though.

one of my friends has a stalled mild cam bolt on SS cutting 1.5's and running 11.60's @114-116 i'll see if i can find the videos

Hmm Lightning numbers are low...

I just got my dynoed with its break-in tune and it was 580/620...
Using a 2.3 KB @ 17lbs.

I dont know what to say but those numbers are very low.
