a question about changing brakepads

Ok my wife has a 2003 element that needs new pads all around. I would think this would be a normal easy install but have never changed brakes pads on any honda before. Has any of you mechanics out there done brake pads on a honda/honda element before? Is it as simple as any other car or is there anything special like a tool or something I need to use

I just looked at the calipers on my neighbors element. They look straight forward. But you wont know until the tire is off.

There are plenty of Honda Element Boards on the internet, maybe try one of those.
