I found a creek today, running down from the passenger side of the crossover tube. I'm assuming it's either the gasket in between that Ford doesn't sell or the plastic beneath is cracked. New is on the way, but I'm assuming it's only going to happen again down the road. Does anyone other than Edelbrock make an all aluminum replacement? I can't find anything.

Hard to tell, but it looks like you might have a Dorman intake on there, which are crap. Make sure you go with a Ford Racing and it'll last for a long time. You don't want to run a short runner Eddy or Trick Flow unless you're cammed and ported as well to take advantage of higher rpms.
