A few questionsfrom a new guy

I just bought a 2000 L with only 9000 miles on it and have found it to be untouched by aftermarket parts, I have a few questions and thought this would be the place to get the answers.

1. What oil and filter combo does everyone use in thier L's?

2. I've been looking at chips and pulleys, which have you guys found to be the best bang for the buck?

3. What is the best cleaner to use on the seats?
