A/F Gauge stuck at 19.9

So I haven't really driven my car in 3 months because of living away from it. But my father starts it ever once awhile to get the fluids going. Anyways, I noticed driving today that the Aeroforce gauge was stuck at 19.9. I haven't changes or done anything.

When I turn the car off, it drops down to 10 AF before the gauge turns off.

Any tips?

Gauge is seeing 5v from the wideband controller. Check for possible bad ground wire or connection for controller. Make sure wideband sensor cable is not damaged.
