A couple of quitters...

So 2 weeks ago Rob and I decided to quit smoking. We haven't touched a cigarette in the last two weeks despite the multiple cravings we have both had.

Anyway, just wanted to share.

Congrats. I didn't smoke for about 4 days. LOL

I've cut down though.

I know I know..I just need to quit. My problem is I get bored and then teh cravings take over.

From what I have heard 2 weeks is still just the beginning. So maybe she hasnt fully yet but if she has, more power to her.

I haven't had a single puff in the last two weeks. I am having mad cravings, but I don't plan on giving in. I've heard that after about 3 weeks you stop having as bad of cravings. We will see what happens.

stay strong. You have to WANT to quit, to successfully quit. I quit cold turkey almost 9 years ago. I get the urge every now and again, but say the hell with that.

Quit when I found out my ex-wife was preggers in 1981.
I smoke 3 a day because I like to and it's my funeral.
