A/C problem

Hi guys just bought a 2003 SVT convertible with couples of mods. I have a little problem, when i put the A/C to maximum i get a little bit of water on my foot after some times....One of my friend told me it was thermostatic fan..do i have to change it or it can be adjusted?

evap drain tube proly clogged, causing condensation to fill up evap case and spill out
