ok, so the compressor is not kicking in. The system has freon. So i have read of ppl jumping the low switch, the high switch and disconnecting the coolant temp sensor to determine if the compressor will kick on.

Can some provide pictures of where the switches and sensors are located?

One is by the firewall plugged into the black canister shaped like a AA battery, except slightly larger. The other is by the radiator fan Big round thing like a D size battery. Part of it is normally red and the rest is black.

If your AC recently stopped working, then one of these could be the culprit.

so i assume the one near the firewall is on the passenger side? is the one near the radiator on the passenger side or driver side?

so I jumped the low side switch and the compressor turned on and blew cold air. the low side was reading about 35-40 psi which supposedly is full.

does this mean i need to replace the switch or could it be something else?

if it is the low side switch, how much does one cost?

The PCM uses quite a bit of different inputs from sensors and switches, might want to snag one at a u-pull-it yard and try it before buying new anything, if possible.

I would not trust any A/C part from a junk yard.

Besides the clutch cycle pressure switch is $13.99 at NAPA Part # 207417
The High pressure switch is $26 part # 207447

Get a can of R134 refrigerant and a fill kit. Just hook it up. If the A/C kicks on you were low on refrigerant. Put the can in. If it doesn't kick on, replace the switch.
