A/C delete pulley question

I am running the ford racing A/C delete kit with the plastic pulley. Does a company make an aluminum, or something other than plastic, replacement for this? This thing makes more noise than the dang supercharger, and not in a pleasant way. Anyone else have this problem, and/or know of a way to fix this?

I've got the FRPP AC delete and it makes zero noise. Don't recall it being plastic. You can always just pick up a replacement dayco pulley. Your bearing is probably shot.

Thanks for the reply, looking back through my receipts it appears I don't have the Ford Racing brand a/c delete after all. Going to order the Ford Racing one and go from there.
