(A/C) Blower Install

Anyone had to replace their A/C fan motor? Looks easy:shrug: ; any suggestions...

Getting at the blower is a pain in the ass. While you are in there do the heater core too since you will be right there.

Its definately a sunday/most of the day job.

I thought that it was just the four bolts...I was hoping that the only issue was gonna be the trick to get the motor and squirrel cage out. I did a search and didn't quite fine the (good) news I was looking for: " Its no problem--just fix your mouth like this and voila..." Thanks for the response.

Got it...took 2 screws and a bolt to drop the fan box. Out in 3 minutes.
