Hey guys,

If the electric fan isn't turning on, does the ecu know this and cycles the a/c compressor on/off?

Everything was working fine and all of a sudden the fan isn't coming on and the compressor is cycling.

The a/c compressor always cycles on and off. I think if it stayed on all the time, your lines would freeze up. Also pretty sure your fan is dependent on your water temp sensor. Check your fan plug.

Fan was unplugged. I took the fan out to add some weather stripping to close the gap between the shroud and Mishimoto radiator, and forgot to plug it back in. The compressor was cycling because it was triggering the high side safety switch, with the fan off, the condensor wasn't getting any airflow.
