i dont think its an exact fit since jlt calls for 07-09 and 10-12 years on their parts but more than likely its probably just the shroud that is a little different for where it bolts up to.

$200 shipped is really the top of the used market assumung you have all the hardware for it. I recently passed on one for less but decided to go ahead with one afterall. Sorry I just can't go over $220 for it shipped if it will help you out.
