99 V6 with Full 03 Cobra Swap - Questions

Posting this to the Terminator forums because of the type of question.

I am looking into a 99 V6 Mustang for sale that has a FULL Cobra swap. Motor, trans, harness, ecu, full suspension, bumpers, grill, and seats. After this swap what other things would be different between an actual Cobra and this car? Are there any differences in the chassis itself? What other questions should I be asking about this car?

If EVERYTHING was transferred from the cobra into the v6 then there shouldn't be any difference. Except the vin #, which leads to cheaper insurance anyway
