99 to 04 Lightning Seat Question

Does anybody know if 99 to 04 Lightning seats would fit in a 93 F-150? Has anyone done this? I know the seat rack would be needed and new mounting points for it, but other than that I have no clue. Are the 99 to 04 wider in the interior than the 93?
