99 ford lightning tire setup

i have a stock everything 99 ford lightning and want some more traction what can i fit on my truck and what kinds of tires without snapping anything i heard these can take alot of punishment on stock setups let meknow

Need to run some slappers or longbars. Maybe some Nitto drag radials vs. the stockers.(305/45/18)... Most tracks require drive shaft loop.

Any traction bars will keep the driveline parts where they belong.
Axel hop will break stuff!!!
Drag radials are great. The best way to get ahold of the pavement. As with everything there is a trade off better traction means faster tire wear.
